Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nreactive("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

nreactive provides automated error monitoring and AI-powered code fix generation. The Service captures runtime errors from your applications, analyzes them using artificial intelligence, and creates pull requests with proposed fixes on GitHub or GitLab.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via GitHub or GitLab to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your OAuth tokens or allow unauthorized access.

4. Repository Access

By granting repository access, you authorize nreactive to read source code files referenced in error stack traces and to create branches and pull requests with proposed fixes. You retain full ownership of your code. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your repositories.

5. AI-Generated Fixes

Code fixes generated by our AI are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all pull requests before merging. nreactive does not guarantee the correctness, safety, or suitability of AI-generated code. You should always review and test fixes before deploying to production.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
  • Use the Service to monitor repositories you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Transmit malicious code through the integration script

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. nreactive is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated code, including but not limited to production incidents, data loss, or security vulnerabilities introduced by merged fixes. Always review code before merging.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
